Because of the system's sophistication, we implement work standard rules which are, in essence, the mechanics behind the
'blueprint' which we developed for the client from the start and which determines the basic work methodology and requirements for
performance. These rules determine the frequency of telephone contacts, the timing of mailed notices, the actions of research,
credit reporting and all of the other myriad details which go into the successful working and resolution of an account.

through an automatic day-end process; Billing Tree provides us with the ability to accept and process - with instant authorization -
payments by credit card or check (ACH) whether through our collection software, our linked Integrated Voice Response, or our
payment website; our own on-site integrated auto dialer as well as our web-based dialer and broadcast system through Global
Connect - serving business, communities, governments and many other types of users - assures our capacity to never be left
behind in communications. With a capacity which exceeds two million calls per month there is no question as to our ability to make
multiple contacts per month with our active files.
